Many students participate in the Royal Conservatory of Music Certification Program. Students learn technique, ear training, sight-reading, and a variety of musical styles through the study of classical repertoire. Progress is measured through annual examinations, and achievement is recognized by colleges and universities worldwide.
Private and Select Ensemble Lessons center students individual musical development within a classical framework. Passionate and professional instructors work diligently to help students reach their musical goals while progressing through the Fleming School’s core music education curriculum.
Students meet in group classes once per month with others of a similar age and skill level. These classes instruct on music theory and provide a forum to play finished pieces, emphasizing the performance aspect of musicianship and offering a great practice incentive for students each month!
The Fleming School has served the community with a National Standard in Excellence in music instruction for over 40 years. We provide piano lessons, guitar lessons, ukulele lessons, and theory & performance classes to students of all ages and abilities. Our comprehensive program is highlighted by an emphasis on individual interest and building a solid theoretical foundation of musical concepts. We're proud to offer instruction for the Royal Conservatory of Music Program, as well as Jazz Piano Theory and Modern Songwriting.
